National Reconstruction Plan
The company ZAKObooking s.c. (Barbara Kostecka, Alina Bafia) is implementing a project co-financed by the European Union, aimed at increasing competitiveness in the tourism services market through the development of the offer, implementation of innovative technological solutions, and raising employee qualifications. Total project value: PLN 267,421.97 Eligible costs value: PLN 217,416.23 EU funding amount: PLN 184,782.05
Main activities within the project:
- launch of an electric bike rental service (12 pieces of various models) along with equipment (helmets, GPS, bags, locks),
- purchase of professional cleaning equipment ensuring high hygiene standards,
- digitalization of services – implementation of an advanced reservation and marketing system and creation of a modern website,
- internet marketing training (“Social Boost”) and consulting on the use of AI tools in company management.
Target group: The project is aimed at domestic and foreign tourists visiting Lesser Poland, especially people using short-term apartment rentals and seeking comprehensive, modern services in terms of accommodation and active recreation.
Effects and benefits:
- expansion of the offer with an electric bike rental service,
- improvement of customer service quality and increase in online company visibility,
- increase in the number of bookings and revenues,
- increase in work efficiency through process automation,
- raising hygiene and safety standards, which is particularly important in the context of COVID-19 pandemic experiences.
The project will contribute to strengthening the market position of the company ZAKObooking s.c., attracting new customers and increasing the satisfaction of current guests.
